Researching Budget Wireless Earbuds Under $100
I made it a point to research the best wireless earbuds under $100 because I know so many people are looking for top-quality headphones at prices they can afford.
But not everybody knows what to look for as they research these products.
Sure, you can read through reviews and see how certain reviewers liked or disliked a particular set of earbuds. Or you can pay close attention to the various features that are available with each set. This is a better way to perform research and it’s exactly what I did as I chose the wireless earbuds I decided to review today.
Most importantly, I focused on a few different areas during the research phase. I looked for excellent connectivity and noise canceling features, long battery life, premium sound quality, quick charging features, and whether or not the earbuds were good for exercising or sedentary lifestyles.
Believe it or not, everyone has specific reasons why they may want to use their earbuds. You might like to go out for daily walks and want high quality earbuds that will block out the background noise without falling out of your ears. Other people might want earbuds with a built-in microphone that they can use at their desk to talk to coworkers, family members, and friends.
The most important thing to consider is the reason why you’re buying new budget wireless earbuds under $100.
Once you know your reasons, you can then decide on the perfect pair based on your specific needs and the information that I decided to share with you today.
The Best Wireless Earbuds Under $100
1. Tranya T3 Wireless Earbuds Review
The Tranya T3 Wireless Earbuds come fully equipped with the latest and greatest options for today’s earbud technology. They were designed with a Bluetooth 5.0 chip and deep bass functionality, a built-in microphone, 8 hours of continuous playtime, a charging case, IPX5 waterproof rating, and they are currently a top rated recommendation.
✔️ What we like: 8 hours of continuous playback, 1.5 times wider frequency range
❌ What we don’t like: Earbuds cut out after a while
- IPX5 waterproof rating
- Small portable charging case
- Built-in microphone
- Bluetooth 5.0 tech
- Designed specifically for sports enthusiasts
Are you a sports fanatic that loves to listen to music while running, playing basketball, or performing at your peak in your favorite sport? You’ll love these earbuds because they were specifically designed with you in mind.
They were created for sports enthusiasts because they are comfortable, fit snugly within your ear, and they offer three different size ear tips to make sure that you have the perfect fit. You don’t want them falling out while you’re working out or exercising, right? That isn’t going to happen because you can choose the best of three sizes to make sure they stay safe and secure within your ear canals.
The 8 hours of continuous playtime per charge is also an excellent reason to consider getting these earbuds. But even better is the small portable charging case that comes with these little beauties.
Why is the charging case so important? You can bring it with you wherever you go and get an additional 52 hours of playtime when you have your portable charging case with you. So you’ll never run out of power while on public transportation, at work, at home, or working out at the gym.
A few reviewers had poor experiences with these earbuds. They unfortunately had the negative experience of having the earbuds cut in and out from time to time. This can be very disappointing and disheartening when you’re trying to listen to your favorite audio programs and music and the volume keeps cutting out on you out of nowhere.
So I felt it was important to bring this problem to your attention because it did happen to a few unsuspecting users although it doesn’t seem to be a regular occurrence for most people.
Besides all of the wonderful things already mentioned, the Tranya T3 Wireless Earbuds also have deep bass, high-definition speakers, a Realtek headphone chip, 1.5 times wider frequency than normal, and fantastic connectivity due to Bluetooth 5.0 technology.
2. SOUNDPEATS SE Wireless Earbuds Review
The SOUNDPEATS SE Wireless Earbuds are the picture of true dynamic ingenuity and high quality stereo sound all rolled into a neat and tidy and very effective set of wireless earbuds. They were made with Truengine SE dual dynamic drivers, a Bluetooth 5.0 chipset, APTX and CVC 6.0 built-in microphone..
✔️ What we like: Dual dynamic drivers and crossovers, QCC3020 chipset
❌ What we don’t like: Low sound quality and weak bass
- APTX codec for hi-fi stereo sound
- 27 hours of playtime
- 12 month hassle-free warranty
- CVC 6.0 noise cancellation technology
- QCC3020 high-tech chipset
Are you looking for earbuds that use the latest in audio technology? The earbuds from SOUNDPEATS go above and beyond in this regard. They use dual dynamic drivers and crossovers to provide crystal-clear treble, deep and resonant bass, and a melodious and immersive musical experience that will please your eardrums.
The sound quality is truly incredible and delivers premium audio, which makes your overall listening experience much more pleasurable than it would when listening through cheap earbuds.
These earbuds also come fully equipped with QCC3020 high-tech chipsets that truly make this one of the top of the line earbuds available today. This chipset is so great that it creates low power consumption, a stable connection utilizing Bluetooth 5.0 tech, and the transmission speed is second to none.
Besides that, it also comes equipped with the APTX codec, which delivers CVC noise cancellation and crystal-clear audio that will provide endless hours of listening pleasure.
On occasion, a reviewer or two will say that these earbuds do not stack up when compared to other options. One reviewer complained that the quality of the audio sounded too low and he could barely hear it.
Another reviewer said that the bass was too weak for his particular tastes. Other than these few minor complaints, most reviewers seemed very happy with their purchase and didn’t regret buying these earbuds whatsoever.
All in all, the SOUNDPEATS SE Wireless Earbuds are a real gem because of the 27 hours of battery life, the 12 month warranty, the outstanding charging case, the simple device pairing, and all of the other great features that combine to create earbuds that totally outfox the competition in sound quality, comfort, and style.
3. TOZO T10 Wireless Earbuds Review
The TOZO T10 Wireless Earbuds have gone above and beyond and really outdid themselves with this powerful listening device. Not only is it a top recommendation for wireless earbuds, it also has a built-in mic, deep bass, and an IPX8 waterproof rating, which makes this an extra special pair of wireless earbuds selling for way below $100 at roughly $40 per pair.
✔️ What we like: IPX8 waterproof, powerful bass, and authentic sound experience
❌ What we don’t like: Connectivity problems and shoddy microphone
- Hi-fi stereo sound quality
- Bluetooth 5.0 and TWS
- IPX8 waterproof earbuds
- 18 hours of total playtime
- On the go charging case
Does one step pairing sound appealing to you? Some earbuds are difficult to pair with other Bluetooth devices. You’ll never have this problem with these earbuds because the pairing literally takes place in one step. They will automatically connect with your mobile phone, MP3 player, tablet, PC, or other electronic device without the need for any kind of intervention on your part.
These earbuds are great for people who love to play sports or work out because they are 100% waterproof. They have a nano-coating on the inner lining of the charging case that keeps them waterproof when held under one meter of water for 30 minutes.
So if you accidentally drop them in the bathtub your earbuds are still going to work. Or if you like to work out hard and build up a serious sweat, you’ll never have to worry about shorting out your earphones. Water damage isn’t going to be an issue unless you submerge them in a swimming pool or deep water for a couple of hours, so avoid doing that at all costs.
Although the one step pairing is very appealing, a few reviewers said that these earbuds suffer from connectivity problems. While they connect quickly, they also disconnect and cut in and out on occasion. At least that’s what happened to a small minority of people. And the microphone didn’t work very well for another reviewer.
They said it crackled and popped and didn’t sound very professional at all, which was a major negative in their eyes. Fortunately, their only seems to be a few people who have these problems so it may have just been a few defective devices.
All in all, the TOZO T10 Wireless Earbuds have an excellent reputation. In fact, they are considered a top pick for wireless earbuds and the price is right around $40. And they come in colors including black, blue, gray, white, and khaki so there are plenty of exciting color options to choose from as well.
4. Purity True Wireless Earbuds Review
The Purity True Wireless Earbuds are in a class by themselves. They are made with Bluetooth 5.0 technology, a simple to carry charging case, easy pairing, built-in microphone, sweat proof design, and they are perfect for working out in the gym, playing sports, or going for a run.
✔️ What we like: Superior sound quality, quick pairing, and IPX5 sweat resistance
❌ What we don’t like: Heavy earbuds that fall out of your ears
- Bluetooth 5.0 technology
- Small, medium, and large sizes
- Portable charging case
- 12 month warranty
- 10 hours of playtime
You can always tell when you’re in the presence of high quality earbuds. That’s the precise experience you’ll have when listening to these earbuds from Purity. They provide a superior sound experience when watching your favorite movies, listening to songs that you can dance to for hours, or absorbing the information in your favorite podcasts. The Bluetooth 5.0 technology delivers high quality sound for phone conversations, video chat, and all types of electronic listening.
Do you know what else is really cool about these earbuds? They actually provide three different sizes for their ear caps. They have small, medium, and large rubber ear caps. You can choose the size that best fits your ear canal to get a snug fit that will stay in your ears while working out at the gym, running on your local track, or even jumping up and down on a trampoline.
Unfortunately, one reviewer said that the earbuds kept falling out of his ears. He may have had odd shaped ear canals or maybe he forgot that there were three different sizes and he was using the wrong one. Regardless, he seems to be the only person that had difficulty keeping these earbuds in his ears. But I’m not trying to hide anything from you so this is something that I wanted to mention. He also complained that the earbuds were on the heavier side, but I personally didn’t feel this was the case.
When all’s said and done, the Purity True Wireless Earbuds are an incredible bargain at roughly $30.
Combine this with the quick pairing, the sweat resistance, and the 12 month warranty and you have amazing earbuds that will absolutely outlast much of the garbage being offered today.

They offer 30 hours of battery life, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, a handy charging case, and they easily pair with iPhone and Android devices.
✔️ What we like: One step pairing, IPX8 waterproof and exceptional button control
❌ What we don’t like: Connection difficulties and defective earbuds
- Bluetooth 5.0 tech
- Supports A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP
- IPX8 waterproof
- 30 hours of battery life
- Micro USB charging cable
Are you an active person looking for earbuds that have incredible sound quality? You’ll love these earbuds because they deliver 3-D sound effects, binaural stereo effects, and the audio pumping through the speakers is truly remarkable. You’ll love listening to your favorite songs, TV shows, movies, and podcasts anytime.

One reviewer complained that she suffered from connection difficulties. She said it was hard to pair the Bluetooth earbuds with other Bluetooth devices. Another reviewer felt that his earbuds were defective. He needed to contact the manufacturer to get a new pair because the company offers a 12 month warranty.
All things considered, the BEBEN Waterproof Wireless Earbuds are an excellent option for such a low price.
6. Taotronics SoundLiberty Pro P10 Earbuds
The Taotronics SoundLiberty Pro P10 earbuds (full hands on review) are some of my favorite earbuds because of the awesome sound quality, durable design, and ANC hybrid noise cancelling. They are also affordable, have excellent noise cancelling microphones built-in, and deliver ample battery life.
✔ What we like: Lightweight and portable charging case
❌ What we don’t like: Audio lags slightly while watching videos
👌 Standout Features:
- 7-7 ½ hours of battery life
- IPX8 water resistance
- Crystal-clear audio
- Effective charging case
- ANC hybrid noise cancellation
There are so many great reasons to pick up the Taotronics SoundLiberty Pro P10 earbuds that’s hard to keep track of all the excellent features. But one of my all-time favorites is the built-in microphones.
They have three noise canceling microphones built directly into the earbuds, and they provide incredibly clear, background free audio to the people that I’m talking to on the other end of my phone.
Another feature that I’m very fond of is the IPX8 water resistance. I’m truly obsessed with jogging and I go running in rain, sleet, or snow. Even more important, I like to listen to music while I jog. I need earbuds that can withstand the torrential rains that suddenly hit out of nowhere in central Florida.
This waterproof rating means that I can literally submerge these earbuds in a swimming pool and they will still work. So, they are definitely powerful enough to withstand a tough Florida storm.
On the downside, these earbuds took a little getting used to while watching YouTube videos on my phone. The audio lags very slightly behind the video, so there is a tiny mismatch when mouths are moving on the video screen. It isn’t really too noticeable, but it definitely took me a couple of minutes to get used to this minor inconsistency.
When all is said and done, I am a strong proponent of the Taotronics SoundLiberty Pro P10 earbuds for many reasons including the clear audio, the waterproof feature, the ANC hybrid noise cancellation capabilities, the long battery life, the durable earbuds and charging case, and the powerful Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity.
A Guide to Choosing the Best Budget Wireless Earbuds Under $100
I know that some people aren’t going to like or appreciate my recommendations. I tried my best to provide recommendations for a wide range of the best budget earbuds under $100, but some people will eventually look for something different than the earbuds that I chose. That’s just the nature of the beast and it’s something that I fully understand and expect to happen.
Guess what? I’m so prepared for this eventuality that I’m willing to teach you how to choose the best wireless earbuds under $100 by yourself. You may think that it’s going to be easy to find great wireless earbuds at an affordable price, but there is definitely work involved with this process.
To help you find an excellent pair of earbuds, I’d like you to please consider the following when making your choice.
Background Noise Cancellation
Background noise can create severe problems when trying to enjoy and listen to your favorite songs, music videos, and digital talk show hosts while on the go. You could end up on a busy train or in a hectic mall and all of the background noise will make it nearly impossible to hear your favorite audio programs.
To avoid this problem at all costs, you need to find wireless earbuds under $100 that have noise canceling capabilities as well. More often than not, you should find earbuds that have multiple sizes so you can find the best size to perfectly fill your ear holes and block out the additional noise that would ultimately end up ruining your pleasurable listening experience.
Long Battery Life
Have you even considered battery life? If you’re buying wireless earbuds at an affordable price, you need to get ones that will last a long time. Otherwise you could end up stranded during your commute without earbuds because you forgot to charge them on your way to work this morning. Wouldn’t that be a serious drag? Wouldn’t that ruin your ride home?
To avoid this problem like the plague, you should look for earbuds that have impeccable battery life. Find earbuds that last anywhere from 10 to 30 hours just to make sure you’ll have enough power available to get you through your entire commute. Because the other option is to go home without anything to listen to because you forgot to charge your earbuds before you left the house this morning.
Superb Sound Quality
This should be a no-brainer but you’d be surprised how many people fail to consider sound quality when picking out earbuds. They look for colors, designs, and everything else under the sun besides high-quality audio devices and it drives me crazy sometimes.
Overall, the whole reason you’re buying these earbuds is so you can use them to listen to your favorite audio programs and songs during your workouts and commute. If the sound quality is subpar then the earbuds aren’t even worth it.
So you need to find earbuds that have positive reviews because the bass, treble, and sound were delivered in a superb and excellent way to make your listening experience incredibly pleasurable no matter what you happen to be doing that day.
